I want to set this up on a box I have. First off my hardware, then a couple questions.

HW:
AMD 1900+ on IWILL mb
1GB ram
250 GB drive.
Video card not purchased yet
Video capture card not purchaed yet.

Mitsubishi 55" Rear Projection HDTV.

Questions:

What is the best video card to produce for best results of component output for this TV?

Will the output be just as good as the show that was watched straight from cable?

Which is the best to configure and use video capture card for normal TV watching?
