Is there some reason I am not receiving any channels above 61 w/ my pvr150?

umm...

You can't tune them?
Can tune but picture is bad?
You dont see them in the listing?

I had the same problem and corrected it by changing 'tuner=47' to 'tuner=50' in /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv. I found this solution in some forum or wiki site somewhere but I don't remember exactly so I can't cite them.

I am a bit late in replying to this post but I figured someone might benefit from this reply someday.

Missing channels above 60 is a sign of having the wrong tuner type being set somewhere.
