During the intial setup, before select auto install, etc, I get this error

I've tried restarting the process with no luck.

that is not a process you cannot restart it. it is a library and it sounds like it didn't get installed or something at any rate is sounds like a bad burn to me. double check your md5sum and reburn at a slower speed.

When I said restart the process I meant restarting my computer and booting from CD, in turn installing everything again...

Thanks I'll try and burn it again.
