Hi: I was able to install KnoppMyth on my machine with the PVR-250 card. From what I can tell, it went okay. However, after configuring the channels, I only get the Home Shopping Network on the 5 channels that I get any reception. For the channel frequency, I've tried us-broadcast, us-cable, us-cable-hrc. I'm in Illinois and have analog WOW Cable. I bought the PVR-250 card about a week ago, so I don't know if it has some newer chip that requires a different driver. Also, I don't have a LIRC device so this driver doesn't get loaded. Would this affect the channel reception? Any help to this newbie will be greatly appreciated. |
