SATA drive right? A search of the forum will turn up the details, essentially it can't get the size because the drive isn't where it's expected. I helped someone else with this problem within the past month, so I know the info is out there...

Nope, turned out my hard drive wasnt on the master ide cable. changed the cable with my cdrom and then it installed fine.

by the way damn what an easy install!

everything up and running, i only had to install the nvidia drivers myself.

I had spent like 2 weeks getting mandrake 10.1 running myth and never could get anything but snow.. this is so much better.

Ah... This is a FAQ too... For an automatic install KnoppMyth expects the HD to be the primary master IDE device. In MS-DOS/Windows terms "C:" in Linux terms "/dev/hda", and as you discovered, if it isn't, much ugliness ensues... ;-)
