Hey, I am trying to get my ati remote wonder set up. Yes it has basic funcionality. it auto works. but I can't really utilize the remote. all the instructions are for when the driver isn't built into the kernel. I really like http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1599 the way he had it laid out So. I need to download the ati_remote.c file it says i need to uncompile the kernel and recomplie it wit the new file. How do I do that? Thanks Is there anything else I would have to do else than that? Thanks |

ati_remote.c is already in the kernel source. With the ATi remote, you can control it via the kernel module or LIRC. |

so how would i update that file? like i want to replace it with one that has more functionality? |
