I've got a Motorola DCT6200 digital cable box and I'd like to be able to change the channel on it from MythTV. It has USB ports and FireWire ports, but my computer only has USB ports. How can I change changechannel.py to use a USB port instead of a serial port? |

not sure about usb, I don't know if those ports are active on the box, however firewire channel change works "out of the box" on knoppmyth. |
