Post subject:  eeprom error with pvr-150 (none mce)

i have been searching and searching but i still have no clue why i keep getting this error:

it looks like everything it working but, when i try to use it the ivtv warning just keeps poping up in the dmesg.
any ideas ?
i am getting desperate.

Unless you happen to know that it's misdetecting the tuner type or you need to use type 47 for some other reason, go into your /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv and either set the tuner type to 55 like the driver detects, or don't set it at all and let the autodetection work like it's supposed to.
