have got a really strange problem that needs resolving with mythtv.. I have got everything installed and running great using 2 dvb-t cards and a 6600GT, I am using two different resolutions... ModeLine "1232x700p" 58.800 1232 1272 1400 1568 700 705 710 750 +hsync +vsync ModeLine "1824x1028i" 74.250 1824 2400 2444 2640 1028 1060 1063 1125 interlace +hsync +vsync Everything works great at 1232x700p but if I change to 1824x1028i it just crashes without anything in the log files other resolutions work fine as well...when I click Watch Tv it just hangs..... Could it be to do with the fact that its an interlaced resolution... Any help much appreciated Adrian. |

could be cause it's an interlaced resolution. Have you loaded the nvidia drivers? if so what version? and if I may ask where did you dig up those resolutions? |

Hi, Thanks for replying I'm using version 1.0.7676 of the nvidia drivers on Gentoo, The modes I created myself in windows and exported the ModeLines from powerstrip. This is so I can see all the config setting and OSD correctly because of overscan on my Plasma TV Any help much appreciated Adrian. |

well you may want to try the nvidia 6629 drivers, as anything newer has some issues with interlace at least with 1080i modelines. |
