Cesman, I completely agree, however I'm way out of my depth here...

If someone can suggest something to do or to check, I'll give it a shot as the box is fully backed up now, so I don't mind trashing it...

But without some help or direction, I'm up that creek without a paddle...

Could you please state the tuner model that you are using and what country your trying to access the signal?

Right now there are known pecularities with UK, Finland, and Germany in regards to their particular broadcast of OTA transmissions. Myth is pretty beeding edge right now for those countries. On the plus side it is working good in the USA for the most part with Air2PC.

There are 40+ DVB tickets on CVS that will be addressed in Myth Version 20. So a lot of work is in progress. It's a pretty large task to get HDTV totally integrated and working peachy for everyone...

I'm in the Uk.
I have 3 x Avermedia 771 DVB-T tuners, all on an Abit NF7 mobo with an AMD Sempron 2600 CPU, 512M RAM, 2 x Samsung 250GB drives using an MCE2005 remote.
What I don't get is that R5A26 worked fine (aside from the odd dodgy recording), do so few people use DVB?

Your problem is a bug in the current version of Myth Version 19.
The ticket number is 1485

http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/1485

The defect will be fixed in Myth Version 20, it's one of the 40+ DVB tickets
that exist for Myth Version 20.

Hmmm.... that rings some bells...
I guess I'll stick with A26 until MythTV 0.20 released and integrated into KnoppMyth...

Any idea when this will be?? <ducks> Only kidding Cesman... :)

Location: Cairns, Australia.
I HAD this problem. I had 5c7 running on a 120G hard and decided to replace it with a 300G hard drive, I did a clean install of 5c7 and it picked all but one channel. I tried much of what is written in other posts but no dice. I couldn't figure out why it was working on one drive but not the other, so I did a fresh install of 5c7 again and now it is working.
The only thing different I did during the install was select i686 modules which I should have been using but I suspect that this would make no difference as the problem appears to be a bug in 0.19.
