One or the other of your disk partitions may be running out
of space. Rebooting can reclaim anywhere from a little to a
lot of this space and allow you to run for a while longer.

The following is troubleshooting for the case where your root
(/) partition may be low on space. If your /myth partition is
low on space it is obvious in the lower right hand corner of the
Delete Recordings screen and you need to delete recordings.

R5.5 has an issue with logrotate. Logrotate is what keeps
your log files from growing forever and eating all your drive
space. Search the forums for logrotate.

There are other issues that can happen too.

The next time you have the problem, and before you reboot
(or let it run for 6 days and try this if it has problems at 7
days) run these commands as root and examine both for low
drive space:
