Hi Guys,

I am using R5A10 with Geforce FX5200 and PVR 250.

MythTV (DVI) ---> DVI 2 HDMI cable ---> Plasma HDMI

I have installed the nvidia driver and now able to output to the plasma screen.

After checking on the Xfree86log, i have noticed that it is using 640x480 resolution and the 4 corners on the plasma screen is not viewable.

I am wondering if anyone has the same experience on setting up MythTV on a Plasma screen.

You need to choose the right modeline to make your display useable. Your spec says the resolution is 1024x768. I don't believe that number, as it would mean your plasma display is not 16:9 but "normal" 4:3 ratio. I'd expect it to be more like 1280x768. Find out the right resolution, then read the Wiki on the subject of determining a modeline for your display. Here's the releveant Wiki page:

I have the following input signal correlation table

1920*1080i@50Hz
720*576p@50Hz
1280*720p@50Hz
720(1440)*576i@50Hz
1920*1080i@59.94/60Hz
720*480p@59.94/60Hz
1280*720@59.94/60Hz
720(1440)*480i@59.94/60Hz
