I've noticed that one program (Perry Mason) on one channel (26-2 MeTV in Chicago) has something like static on it. This is a digital channel but other programs (such as Quincy, ME) come in fine.

Is this some funky thing with Black and White programming? A feature of the age of the film? It's like pops and streaks in the video.
