I am trying to switch over from D1 to Oztivo on a spare HD before commiting the main box.
I have managed to get guide data to display for all channels in my area except for ABC2. I have setup oztivo.xmltv as follows:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<config>

<login provider="tvguide" user="xxx" password="xxx" />

<channel display="ABC" tvguide="ABC-Qld" local="qld.abc.gov.au"/>
<channel display="ABC2" tvguide="ABC2" local="abc2.abc.com.au"/>
<channel display="Nine" tvguide="WIN-Qld" local="qld.nine.com.au"/>
<channel display="SBS" tvguide="SBS-Qld" local="qld.sbs.com.au"/>
<channel display="SBS News" tvguide="SBSWN" local="news.sbs.com.au"/>
<channel display="Seven" tvguide="Seven-Qld" local="qld.seven.com.au"/>
<channel display="Ten" tvguide="Ten-Qld" local="qld.ten.com.au"/>

</config>

I got the local portion from another post on another forum which was sydney based so I changed the nsw/syndney refences to qld but oddly abc2 seems to be the same countrywide.

Where next?

I have ABC2 guide data from oztivo up to Friday, 1st September. I don't have the local value in my configuration file at all. My channel entries are:

<channel display="ABC Digital" tvguide="ABC-Vic"/>
<channel display="ABC 2" tvguide="ABC2"/>
<channel display="Nine" tvguide="Nine-Mel"/>
<channel display="SBS NEWS" tvguide="SBS-NEWS"/>
<channel display="SBS" tvguide="SBS-Vic"/>
<channel display="Seven" tvguide="Seven-Mel"/>
<channel display="Ten" tvguide="Ten-Vic"/>

One thing to check is that you have included ABC2 in the list of channels you receive guide data for. You can check this by going to http://minnie.tuhs.org/tivo-bin/tvguide.pl and seeing that ABC2 is among the channels listed.

Thanks silentmic, I'll give that a try when I can next get near the box.
I did a tv_grab_au from a terminal and it is getting the ABC2 data so I have it setup ok at the oztivo end.
