I upgraded to .20 from svn and now I it seems that something is wrong in mythtv-setup. My lineup was not quite right from when I setup Knoppmyth originally so I needed to delete and add it back. I was able to get into 'Video Sources' to delete my lineup, but now when trying to get back into 'Video Sources' to add a lineup I get nothing. If I exit mythtv-setup, go back in, then click 'video sources' it does nothing but show the myth background ( even walked away for several hours for good measure, hoping it would just take some time ). If I run it from an xterm in the background I get some funny messages.

One that seems a bit strange:

Which repeats ~10+ times.

There is another message that complains about a device and cardid 0. I will get the exact message later.

Of course, this is causing all kinds of problems. Attempting to watch live tv myth tells me that all available inputs are in use. And I cannot populate my program guide, and when trying to access it, mythfrontend crashes.

Someone reported a very similar problem within the last couple months. Searching for that error message may turn up the thread. The solution was along the lines of picking a different theme...

Hey guys, I was having this problem a while ago and I opened a ticket on the problem. I'm not sure yet if it was fixed in the svn but I did find kind of a workaround.

The end result is it allowed me in.

I use north america datadirect. It may be a complete other issue with your setup why it won't work.

Try it. It might work for you too. And you can place that in the ticket. That may help them find the problem.
