The how-to seems wrong regarding nvidia drivers. The only files I have in /usr/local/bin for *nvidia* are:

check-nvidia-driver-version.pl
install-nvidia-debian.sh

What are the updated instructions? Unfortunately, with so many people posting their hardware in their signature, a search for nVidia returns 1000s of threads, so I apologize if this has been answered (a good sticky maybe?)
