It's been some time since someone posted on this topic so I'm assuming the fix outlined here is good long term fix or do you have to priodically enter a new customerTransaction number?

As long as you do not log out of your Netflix account with the browser you sued to get the NetflixShopperId, then you will never need to update the one in MythFlix. i used Firefox on my Myth box, logged into Netflix, obtained the NetflixShopperId from the cookie cash on my Firefox / MythTv system and closed firefox and never used it again. Since i never logged out of it from my Myth box, I never had to update it.

I've had the original NetflixShopperId in my MythFlix since my last posting describing how to do it and it is still working.

I'll give it a shot. Though what is perplexing me for the last few days is the location of that cookie file. On my machine it's not where you noted. When I try to run the script, it renders no file.

Any clues to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreicated.
