Installed R5B7, but when I access the program guide while watching TV I get kicked out and all the way back to Fluxbox. I have check the logs (as suggested in a previous post) but not 100% sure what to look for. I do have it hooked up to an old 17" CRT which could be the problem. The PC is a 2.8GHz P4, with PVR 350 card. Thanks in advance. |

The one bit of fragility I know of there is using the "x" key to change the channel and stay in the program guide. You probably need to look at the front end logs (see the wiki for details) or run mythfrontend from an xterm so you can capture the output. |

Error messages? The last several things it writes before it dies? Problems talking to the backend?
