Hi all, I have searched and cannot find the answer..only that lossless MPEG2 transcode is avail in .19 Basically I am running R5A26 w/ a PVR350. I manually mark my own commercials... I want to be able to just "transcode" the MPEG2 to MPEG2 with the commercials gone, is this possible with mythtv .018(R5A26)??? |

Not the answer you want to hear, but no it's not without substantial hacking. There is a hack that one of the DVB guys came up with but it was a bit rough around the edges and probably got abandoned as soon as the lossless mpeg-2 to mpeg-2 transcode appeared in 0.19. Any reason that you're clinging to 0.18? |

Is it safe to upgrade to the latest? Here is my system: Via EPIA SP12000 250GB drive PVR 350 Any issues I should worry about?? |
