I've recently installed knoppmyth on my via sp13000......

Which modules do I use? Does it matter?

The i686 modukes seem to work but wierd stuff happens to my remote and other features.

The i586 modules work better but video playback seems to suffer.

thanks.

Hi,

I have recently purchase a SP13000 and install knoppMyth too :)
And I have tested i686 and i586, for me i did not see any changes.

I still have the same probleme when the Tv frame rate is veray bad. Im using DVB-T Cinergy 1400. I have specified Xvmc VIA.

When you look at the directory where you can find install-iX86.sh there is another script called: install-epia.sh I was very happy to see that a customization for EPIA  ! but this script referenced a directory that does not exist...

I have seen (but not sure) that for EPIA SP, kernel i686 is possible

the i686 option did some wierd stuff with my machine.......

for starters it messed up my remote. the remote would work at first but would crash after exiting and restarting the frontend. strange.

i ended up going back to i586.
