Hello,

In the default playback group I have the skip forward amount set at 30 seconds and the skip reverse set to 15 seconds. Skipping forward does indeed skip 30 seconds, but when I skip reverse it only skips back 1 second. This makes for a very tedious process of jumping back a bit to see something again.

Is there someplace else where these values would be defined?

Tim

opel70,
Try changing the 30secs forward to something different like 45secs. Then see if it actually skips 45 seconds, if it doesn't then it might be using a different playback group or something.

Great idea. I'll give that a shot tonight.

After trying different options I found that Myth will skipp back the configured 15 seconds if playing, but only skips back 1 second when paused. Is there a different location for configuring skipp behavior when paused as opposed to during playback?

More playing and more realizations. I have a tendency to skip forward without pausing, but I pause prior to skipping back. When paused MythTValways skips 1 second (forward or back).

Where is the paused skip behavior configured?
