Ok, I've Googled and searched like crazy for this and can't find an answer...

Is there a way to do a transcode on an mpeg file or mp4 file for time compression (same as the "time stretch" option during playback)? (i.e. take a 2hr video and maybe shorten it to 1.5 hrs)

I've recently begun transcoding a bunch of programs to load on my new iPod but would love to have them "time-shrunk", as well.
