Anyone seen this before. If I look that the Listings. Everything is correct. When I watch tv (snow) and use the browse feature. The program information is completely incorrect (program listed isn't even for the channel I've browsed to)

Did you just install? What version?

When you installed, did you do a channel scan or did you do a mythdatabasefill? If you did a scan, it could mess it up, even if you did a databasefill later.

nope used Mythtfilldatase. I'm using R5D1. With all the problems I'm having. I might just give up for a while and wait for a stable usable build to arrive! clean install with PVR-150MCE card (doesn't work with Myth!)

Yes the card is fine I tested it in my Windows XP box!

Just finished fixing the date function. Before that (and the reboot) both were off but they had the same incorrect value. Only the guide seems to have been corrected. I guess I'll just reinstall again. Too many things are not working correctly at the moment

After my mythfilldatabase --manual, I had to manually add all channel numbers afterwards with mythtv-setup.

I bet it's something to do with the zap2it changes. They changed the output a little on their side. There is a current thread on this in this forum.

Zap2it has made a number of changes lately. So the first thing you want to do is go to their lab site and update your channel selections there. Odds are that alone can resolve your issues.

If you have messed with your box too much in trying to fix it you may want to delete your channels and rescan.

No rescan. lol. Can't use zap2itlabs and scan also. Scan breaks things.

Depends on which scan you are talking about.

In mythtv-setup section 4 is where you attach the cards you set up in connection 2 with the lineups you set up in section 3. There you want only to retrieve your channels from zap2it. Ignore the scan there.

In section 5 - the channel editor - there is a separate scan function. That's the one you want to use. It finds the channels your tuner is receiving and then attaches them to the channel information from zap2it (if it can). It is pretty much the only way to get a dvb card working.
