I recently upgraded my myth box to the r5e50. One of my hd channels that I was seeing fine previously would not scan. I did not worry about it much because I had the channel info from my old install in the mysql backup. So I inserted all the info into mysql by first doing an insert command for the channel. Then I set the rest of the parameters. Everything seems to work but I can't tune the channel in. Where do I look to see what is going wrong? I am watching the channel when I bypass the pvr but I can't seem to tune the channel in. Any suggestions.

To put it simply channel 115-2 was found correctly on r5b7. Now with r5e50 I can't find it with a scan. All my other free hdtv channels show up on the scan. I am using qam from my local cable company. I did a scan before I fetched channels, would that cause a problem? Should I retry the install?

Any suggestions?

I realized my problem. I used the old mplexid and this value changed with the new install. Using the value that was found on the scan with the other 115 channels fixed my problem.
