When I run mythfilldatabases, I get the following:

I am having the same problem. Still looking for a solution but, have not found it. If you happen to get it fixed, please let me know and I will do the same.

Gave that a try and it did not work. I have tied to do all the normal stuff like remove/add cards/input sources, etc. Also tried mythfilldatabase with various switches and still no luck. For my Cable lineup, everything works as it should so, I know at least part of it is working.

My video source is there and I can select the correct lineup because I have obviously configured it in SD, but the "Fetch channels from listing source" just will not grab the channels.

I have tried making it the only source and still get the same results.

did you do a channel scan for the HD channels? I'm guessing from your log that the HD is OTA. Did you check here?

Uhmmmm.... ok.... Well, I feel lame. That was it. Its been so long since I originally set up my HD stuff (~2 years) I was thinking that scanning for the channels would mess things up so I didn't do it. I was thinking that the channel tuning info came from the SD lineup.

COOL! I always get mixed up with the scan/no scan thing. It would be really nice if there was a 'tip' in the Myth menu when you highlight the buttons on that page of the setup. (ie. use scan for HD channels)

When I scan, it only scans normal cable channels, it isn't trying to pick up the DT stations. I figured that was because I hadn't gotten the frequencies from the listing source... is there something else Im missing here?

Are you scanning for OTA or QAM cable DT? Are the freqs correct for your scan?

I have tried OTA and QAM, and the other couple options listed... I choose the default frequency listed, but I'm not sure how I can find out if that's correct or not. Can you point me in the right direction?

Follow the above linked wiki and then post if there is further questions. More details = more answers.

Assuming your in the US and using an antenna, US-Bcast would be the freq. Cable has more options.
