I want to archive a video, however after finishing the Mytharchive wizard and it starts the job, but terminates after the following error message when it starts to pre-process the file: Error. Failed while running mythtvarchivehelper to stream information from ........ Has anyone else experienced this problem or has a fix? Many Thanks, Mythman13 |
