Post subject:  Mytharchive doesn't show episode titles

There are a few shows in my mythTV server now that have show titles that are long enough (more than 40 characters) that Mytharchive's final screen (the one where you set the order and encoding profile) doesn't display any part of the episode title (much less the air date).

It's just blind luck if I can get the episodes in the right order on the DVD.

Is there some way to change the font size that these screens use? I tried editing ui.xml and theme.xml but it didn't seem to effect the mytharchive screens (It did shrink the fonts on most of the other screens though)

Getting more characters on the screen is the solution I prefer, but if someone has other suggestions for ways I could correct the episode order I'd be happy to hear them.

Hi ...

I think there's only one fontsize in the general settings of screen ... there are 3 font sizes defined and a zoom setting ... I thing in myth archive it's used for displaying the list / titleinfo ...

yes I know this problem too and it will be very nice to have a 2 line list for title selection ...

I tried reducing the "small" "medium" and "large" font sizes, no change in mytharchive. (Again it changed fonts in other places, but not where I needed it.)

The file you need to change is mythburn-ui.xml. Look for the font definitions called 'active' and 'inactive' and change the size there.
