Does anyone know a way to skip to the end of an inprogress recording or jump ahead to live tv if you're timeshifting the current program? For example, if you set up a recording for a sporting event and you sit down to watch it 30 minutes after it had begun. You then decide don't want to watch the first 30 minutes. Is there a way just to "catch up" to live without pressing the skip forward or jump ahead buttons a zillion times? I can't seem to find a way to get this done with one button push of the remote/keyboard.

Fast forward a couple times to high speed and it should get caught up right away.

But one button...not that I know of.

You *could* program a button, but if you want to skip 30 minutes, press "3 0 >" (> being the skip forward button). Three presses I know, but still much less than a zillion :-)

If you are in LiveTV, just exit and come back in to the show, that is what I do.
