How does one go about getting Knoppix (KnoppMyth) to detect the PVR-350 when it fails? For instance...I have everything installed to hard disk...all defaults selected. I am plugging in standard US-Cable from comcast into PVR-350 from the wall (bypassing the cable box for now until the IR Blaster comes in). However, I am not getting ANY video at all. When I do a dtvscan, it cannot find any sources for video. How does one remedy this? |

dtvscan won't work with pvr cards as they are not dtv devices. when you setup the card in the mythtv-setup program did you have options like tuner0 composite0 etc? if so your card was detected and setup. if it's not working search the forum, because many of the pvr cards do not auto detect correctly, and you may have to change the tuner type. |
