Can someone tell me where to find a flowchart/document for mythconverg database, I cat find anything in the document for MythTv (perhaps blind)

You can look at the DB through webmin, but this will not give you the relationships or anything like that.

Wow. :shock: I've been around for long enogh to have actually drawn flow charts, but nobody, not even my dad who was doing it when I was still in diapers, does that anymore. Not to mention that a flow chart for a database is like shoes for snake, the two things just down't go together. Maybe you mean a data dictionary, or an entity relation diagram, or ...

I'd be interested in some information as well, as I had some problems with my database and have about 20 or 30 shows that I have recorded that aren't in the database, and I'd like to get them back into it if I could

There is a utility script for that, but I never remember the name. Look in /usr/local/bin for likely names. The big problem is that while it will add entries for PVR recordings there is some index info (first and last frame I think) that you can never get back. This means that things like commercial scanning don't work on those files anymore.
