I thought that this was part of the feature set, but now I am not finding any documentation on it.

How do you get FM radio functionality in MythTV?

That site is a mess. It's completely non-evangelistic. There is no indication what so ever of what one has to do to install MythFM. You go to that site. You see a patch on the from page, with instructions for applying it. But what does it do? What is required? What is this MythExtra plugin? Is it required? What is it compatible with?

It's like it's there just to deliver files to people who already know everything about the project. If you are going to do that, why make it an HTTP? Just make it an FTP .

I sent suggestions using it's feedback form. But for the completeness of this thread, I thought I'd share.

As far as I know its a patch to Mythmusic (which is part of the Mythplugins package) and is already in KnoppMyth. So I'm guessing you should just be able to apply the patch as instructed. But as I said, I've not tried.

This almost sounds like you are saying MythExtras is part of KnoppMyth. Which it isn't. I've emailed the author and he is working on updating MythExtras. Once he does, I do plan on including it.
