I've installed knoppmyth R5B7, which I upgraded to SVN following this post (http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4901&highlight=radio+dvbt) and seem to have run into a weird problem. When I'm watching live TV I can bring up the EPG and all the channels are there, but if I use up or down to change channels, it skips a few then gets stuck with some other channels that I no longer have (3C, 701). I'm using an Avermedia 771 with Freeview in the UK. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what I can do about it? I think it might be a database issue, but don't want to change anything without knowing what I'm doing. |

using phpmyadmin to remove records from from the database is pretty easy. I don't thing you will run into any problems from just deleting some of the channels from the channel table. You can also delete the channel using mythweb: Code: http://<your-mythtv-Box>/mythweb/settings/channels

Thanks for that. I went to the URL and noticed that all the channels that were being rotated through had xmltv ids (I'd used the dvb xmltv grabber to do mythfilldatabase when I didn't need to ... doh!) so I deleted the ones with the xmltv ids and all is good now. |
