First off I want to state, I just want the drivers working so I can use the TV out. I'm not using my myth box as a PVR type device because I have no cable subscription.

I followed the directions from http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3279 fully. I've tested all sorts of options in the config, including letting defaults be. No matter what I try I always get the 'MESA Indirect (software) Rendering' output from fglrxinfo.

Does anyone have any tips for me to get the TV out functioning? I'll be more than happy to paste the outputs of anything you think would be helpful.

When it comes to TV out on an ATi working, I'd say you have 3 choices.
1) Sell your soul.
2) Bite the head off a live raccoon and sprinkle it's blood while hopping around on one leg and chanting.
3) Give up and get and nVidia.

Turns out TV out did work when I used the special adapter that came with it. I used the Composite Video output, becuase I couldn't find my S-Video cable. It worked just fine, and my myth box is working wonderfully (save the remote sensitivity issue).

But I agree.. don't get an All In Wonder and hope to watch TV. Won't work :\

Probably just as well, I think the season is over and the state Fish & Game departments tend to take it badly when you sacrifice managed species in satanic rituals out of season.
