Hey I keep getting a segfault with r5-15 when i modprobe ivtv. I have a pvr350 and am trying to get tv out to work. Everything else works fine, I right now can record and use mythweb to pull recordings to my destop to watch but i'd rather use the tv. anyone have a solution or have seen this before? Here is a screen shot of the consloe after i run it. It locks solid and the only way round is to reboot

have you checked your /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv file and made sure there are not debug or tuner options as mentioned in a sticky post under hints and tips?

At first you were correct. I didn't see that sticky in hints and tips. Now that its commented out I tried to setup the tv out and its not working. The first time i tried my xconfig-4 file i get a can't start x message saying that no ivtvdev driver was found. I searched the board and found refrences to installing one and followed them. Now i try to start x again (after restart) and am left with a can not start x prompt again stating that fb0 can not be found. When i try to modprobe ivtv-fb again i get stair steped output which is frozen. Any ideas, i'm completely stumped and haven't found another post like it.....
