Hi all,

I have a PVR 250 setup to be video0
it works fine.
shutdown

plug in a logitec 4000 web cam (usb)
restart

exit to shell and bash
su
mythtv-setup
No
No
Option 2 (capture cards)
select V4L card, it properly shows usb
but also shows video0
setting it to video1 removest the usb option (frak)

If I switch the 250 settings to video1
I can't see inputs
If I switch back I now only see usb (tuner0 gone - also frak)

If I now reboot, do the mythtv-setup again

enter original settings for 250 it works
If I hot plug the usb cam now, and add a new capture device
as video1 it seems to work and if I go to mythphone, I can see it's getting
a video feed.
but when I try to use watch tv in either case all I get is black, and
myth seems to lock up.

any ideas...

I have a logitech quickcam pro 4000 and I don't need to set it up in mythsetup. I simply load the pwc driver and it hooks onto video1 automatically with that.

It seems to work like that, (from a being recognised standpoint) but it still seems to interfere with my tuner card recording.... !@#$%^&@

If you just load it using the pwc driver, don't set it up in mythsetup. Have you tried that with just the PVR250 setup?
