See the wiki. That's a better place for stuff like this, and there is already a page there on capture cards. This information also gets stale quickly. For example PVR-500's were working great until the latest tuner change from Hauppauge, but it's hard to tell if a card has a supported version until you plug it in. Since the 500 tends to share parts with the 150, I'm expecting to see a rash of problems with those.

As for shopping sites I tend to use PriceGrabber.com because it includes tech specs and even links to the makers web pages.
