Are there any known problems with the IR receiver on the PVR-150 non-mce version, that is not corrected by a reboot?

Is anyone else having problems with their PVR-150 non-mce IR that they belive is broken hardware?

I have had 2 of these cards, one I verified that the card was bad, causing the remote not to work. The second one worked, but now, I'm having trouble again. Are the connectors on these cards that fragile? I have been very carefull with it, but I think the placement of the connector on the card is a poor design.
