I hope I'm in the right forum for this.
I have recently expanded my Knoppmyth backend to include 2 PVR-500's.
I had to add a pci serial card to run the blasters (my board only has 1 serial port). I have gotten the lirc_serial driver to loadup by hand useing the new ports but when I boot the system the drivers for the card don't load until after lirc and irblaster have been started. So my question is how do I go about controlling the order in which modules load in? or would it be better to force lirc and irblaster to load later?
