Having problems getting this to work. Note that the wireless card does not have firmware, so the firmware has to be loaded with hotplug.

From this site I have been able to load the hotplug and even ping the router(once). I have not been able to get any of the boot configuration process to work however. In addition getting the iwconfig parameters correct is also a problem.

I can get the hotplug working 100% of the time via mannual commands, but the iwconfig is driving me crazy.

Any pointers on setting up hot plug and ifconfig at boot time?
