my pvr 350 on r5b7 has been running perfectly for months . last week, out of the blue the picture started refreshing slow (looks like a slow frame rate) and the picture looks like only half the resolution it was!

all avi videos, play and look fine, all previously recorded stuff looks ok but hitting watch tv and recording new stuff looks like i described??

very odd, any idea how to fix?

Doesn't sound like a TV out problem. Please turn off the computer and disconnect the power supply for five minuets. This is required because the pvr series of cards stores it's firmware in ram. The only way to get it to reset 100% for sure is to disconnect power. Then reconnect and boot the computer. Once it has booted run dmesg > bootmessages.txt. Look in the bootmessages.txt file for the ivtv init part and see if there were any problems with the driver loading.
