I just bought an Nvida e-GeForce 6200 (that I can return if needed). The card was made by EVGA. After loading the nVidia drivers, the VGA display works fine. But for the life of me I can't the s-video output to do anything. I have an 30" HD CRT TV. I know I should really be using component cables instead of s-video but for the time being that'll have to do. I've pasted the contents of my XF86Config-4 file below. If I can get the TV Out to work, I won't have everything done but I'll have enough done that I can actually use the box. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the post screen show up when you first start the box? When I first start mine, I get video on the monitor and tv. But as soon as X loads, I only get video on the monitor. To get it on the tv, I have to leave the monitor unplugged.

Actually I got it to work. I had been simply restarting X when I made changes to the config file. It never worked. I finally thought, well lets test the card to make sure it is good. So I rebooted, the POST screen showed up on the TV, and so did everything else after it booted. However the monitor doesn't work at all. Only the TV Out. I think I know how to go about changing that, but if anyone has any tips that would be great.

Now that it actually outputs to the TV, anyone know how to make the fonts look better? I've tried a few different themes, on my widescreen TV they don't look smooth. They are all jaggy. What is the max resolution I can output via S-Video?
