Well, most of us use component audio (paired RCA) I believe. Monoprice.com has tons of good cables, cheap. Check to see what kind of inputs your TV has before you go any further. Some TV's don't have any inputs and you might have to use an old VCR or something as a bridge.

Audio out on your sound card/motherboad (usually a green 1/8" stereo mini jack) into audio inputs on your TV (usually red & white RCA phono jacks) that corespond to the video (S-Video or RCA phone "composite") input you're using. Which would mean that you probably need a fairly standard 1/8" stereo to dual RCA phono adapter something like this: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2110460

If all your TV accepts is a cable/antenna coax connection, you need one of the magic boxes they use to hook up DVD players to old TVs.
