Hi All,

I have seen some threads relating to the ATI remote wonder being used instead of an IR remote.

I am trying to decide which remote I should use and was wondering if anyone would be willing to offer their opinions... :)

Especially if you have used both IR and ATI RF.

Also if you prefer IR remotes which should I consider.

Has anyone tested the IMON remote with Linux/MythTV yet?

Thanks to everyone for your time,
jpummill

I have used the ATI Remote, the PVR 250 remote, and the PVR 350 remote. And ATI much better by far. I seems to have a much better range too. I also like that it has more buttons. The ATI remote's only failing is that it is 3 or 4 times larger than the PVR 250 and 350 remotes.

i use the ati one its got faster responce and more freedom.
i used it and a ir one (the ast logitec one) in windows the ir one was better to script with girder then the ati one but scripting wise (if any >.>) in linux is no diffrent between a ir one and the ati one
if you have the money to pay the little more for the ati one get it
