hey all... Im spent 4 straight hours last night, trying to get knoppmyth to automount this partition on boot... i can get it to do it, but not with the right user, group directory access... I thought it was uid=# and gid=# and dmask=774 please any help would be appreciated ________ Ssr |

Details? Is it a removable device? Are you actually planning on removing and hotplugging that device? If the answer to either question is "no" you should probably just be adding an entry to /etc/fstab for it... Something like: Code: /dev/hdb1 /myth/tv ext3 defaults 0 2
