I was running Windows Media Center up until a few days ago, I got tired of the system hanging and acting funny (couldn't search though files, or fast forward commercials) and my cousin was touting the wonderous Knoppmyth system. I downloaded the Iso and the install finished pretty quick and painless.
A couple things aren't working though, first the linksys pci card I have WMP54GS wasn't detected by the install. I found a couple threads on getting the thing to connect to the network once it is installed, but not sure how to install it.
Second, I have a PVR MCE 150 and haven't seen it pull up the TV yet, I edited the ivtv file to have the tuner=50 line, but when I try to click on watch tv, it just flashes and comes back to same screen.
I hope that is the extent of my problems
won't know about any others till I fix these two at least.
I would appreciate any tips you could give.
