I have a PVR-150 with silver remote and IR blaster and receiver. I was under the impression that this equipment was supported out of the box. I do have the card functioning just fine now but I am trying to get the remote working with MythTV and my DVD player. Is there a newbie friendly set of toubleshooting/install instructions out there? I have checked the wiki but I can't seem to find what I need to get this installed.

In most cases, the PVR-150 is supported out of the box, but there are a few different versions of this card out there.

In order to get my PVR-150 MCE to work, I had to add the following line to my /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv file

options ivtv tuner=50

I rebooted and my tuner was successfully installed. You can do a search for the PVR-140 in the forums and find lots of information related to the versions versions of this card.

The tuner is working fine. Just can't get the remote to work. I have two and neither works.
