| Post subject: | DWL122 and Knoppmyth |
Read through the forums but my lack of knowledge with Linux is preventing me from making this work. I bought a DWL122 (USB, supposed to be Prism 2.5 compatible) But have been unsuccessful getting this to work. Tried a clean install of Knoppmyth, but no network card found. Dropped to a prompt, and did modprobe prism2_usb, and it succeeds (registered the driver) Plugging in the device I get vend/prod 0x2001/0x3700 is not claimed by any active driver iwconfig gives 'no wireless extensions' What else do I need to do? Thanks for dealing with a Noob |
