Nothing yet, sorry I'm checking the threads covering the issue every 4-5 hours myself.

This probably isn't going to get solved until we get someone with a PVR-350, a bunch of spare time, and some serious Linux SysAdmin clues to debug it, paying special attention to the module load order and the like. Unfortunately we don't appear to have any volunteers at the moment.

I don't have tons of spare time but I am fairly familiar with the linux kernel and have a vested interest in getting this to work. I also have two systems with PVR-350 cards in them.

Just let me know if you would like me to participate in debugging this.

Yeah, sorry. I was one of the lucky ones who got their setup fixed but haven't had enough free time to figure out why my fix worked. Once I get my new thinkpad/frontend up and running, I'll loop back on the backend machine and dig around some more. (On a positive/somewhat related note, Cecil's instructions for upgrading r5d1 to 0.20 are spot on, and I was able to upgrade the backend in less than an hour.)
