Hello all. First off, I am extremely happy that I have found this place. For the past few weeks i've been reading up on MythTV and now I cannot wait to order my parts and take the plunge

My question is, I will definitely want to stream movies that I have on my main computer out to the tv, as well as play ROMs. I've read that the PVR-350 has problems with xvid and divx, and alot of people seem to feel that the TV-Out from a MX440 is sub-par. Anybody have a recommendation on the best tv-out card that won't have a problem streaming xvid and playing the roms? I plan on getting either a A7N8X-VM/400 or 7NIF2 mobo, but if you'd advise against using that tv-out then I could pickup another card. Thanks in advance.

I'm happy with the TV out on my 7NIF2 and my MX-440. These are better choices than the 350's TV out for what you want.
