I have installed knoppmyth R5D1 on my machine and am having some trouble getting my Plextor TV402U to work properly. I have searched on all the forums I could think of and have had no luck so far. I have been told to try and get the 'gorecord' application to work prior to

I did a manual install (because I have a sata drive).

gorecord -duration 60 -input 2 -noaudio test.avi -> this works perfect
if I REMOVE the -noaudio I get:

In case anyone cares, I got it working with R5C7. I did the same exact install. I did notice that R5C7 asked me which platform I wanted to install (i586, i686, etc) and I do not remember R5D1 asking me that. Is this supposed to happen this way?
